On April 22, join us for Spring Fling, another seasonal celebration of garden goodness. This time, the focus is peanuts–planting them and eating them! Chef Michael Doyle from Press Street Station will host a peanut boil, and there’ll also be cool beverages, garden tours, and a peanut-catching contest. You’ll get to meet our charming chickens and our new baby goats, too.
And that’s not all! We’re offering two free workshops in conjunction with Spring Fling. First, our staff will whip up plant-based egg dyes–just bring white eggs to participate and learn about the techniques we use to make dye. We’ll also be planting peanuts and learning about the process of cover cropping.
